This workshop is organized in cooperation with FlexHyJoin Technology (EU Project).

Aim of the international project FlexHyJoin, funded by the European Union’s program for
research and innovation “Horizon 2020”, is the novel development of a fully automatized
joining process for the automotive industry. Its objective is to enable rapid manufacturing of
hybrid metal/thermoplastic-based fiber reinforced polymer composite (TP-FRPC) parts.
FlexHyJoin will support the industry-wide usage of
metal/TP-FRPC hybrid components in automotive mass production.

B2B Partnering

Our B2B-Partnering gives you the opportunity to request bilateral meetings with other participants to present your business and discuss cooperations. After set up of your own online profile you can screen business profiles of other participants registered for MatX B2B-Partnering prior to the conference via our online tool. After registration for the conference MatX we send you an email for confirmation. This email includes a link to set up your B2B-Partnering profile on a separate webpage.

Exhibition

Use the MatX exhibition for your technology marketing. Present your products and technologies and give participants a Material Xperience. Let’s discover advanced materials and disrupting technologies together - on more than 350 m² of exhibiton space. Do you need more information on booking conditions? Tech2you

Tech2you is our technology transfer place which gives every participant and exhibitor the opportunity to present their technology, product or service. Tech2you talks are short 8 minutes presentations and will take place on the central stage in the exhibition area. If you are interested in giving a presentation you have to apply separately. Send us an email to MatX2018@bayern-innovativ.de. Only registered MatX participants are eligible to apply for Tech2you. Presentation slots are limited and are on first come first serve basis.

Poster Session

Our scientific poster session is the perfect place for researchers, young scientists and exhibitors to present their research results. Meet new cooperation partners and talk about current and future research topics an projects.
